What data you can give me
In the brief you can enter your name, email, brand, WhatsApp, project type, goals, budget, timeline and references. Your name and email are required so I can reply; everything else is optional.
You can also upload a reference image. It is optional and is processed in your browser to extract a colour palette.
Where the draft lives
The draft is stored in this browser's local storage under the key amer-studios-brief-v1. It is not sent to an Amer Studios server.
You can delete it with the “Clear draft” button or from your browser settings. If you are using a shared device, clear the draft before you leave.
What happens when you send the email
Pressing “Send by email” opens your email app with the brief already written. The email is sent from your account and arrives in the Amer Studios inbox.
The reference image is not attached automatically. If you want to include it, attach it yourself before sending. “Copy summary” is there as a fallback if your email app does not open.
What it is used for
To read your request, reply to you and prepare a proposal. It is not used for newsletters or to sell or share your data.
There is no automated profiling or automated decision-making about your request.
Who hosts the site
The site is served by Cloudflare. Like any hosting provider, it may log technical data such as your IP address and user agent to deliver the page and protect the service.
Email is handled by Amer Studios' email provider. There are no tracking pixels or analytics tools in this version.
How long it is kept
The draft stays in your browser until you delete it. Emails are kept for as long as needed to reply and manage the project.
If you want me to delete an email or the data you sent, ask me and I will do so unless I am legally required to keep it.
Your rights
You can ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of the data you sent me, and object to me using it to reply. Email me and I will tell you how.
If you live in a region with data protection law, you can also complain to the relevant supervisory authority.
Cookies and analytics
There are no advertising or analytics cookies. Only functional local storage is used to keep the brief draft.
If a measurement tool is added later, this page will be updated before it is enabled.
Changes
If the way data is handled changes, I will update this page and the review date. The version published here is the one that applies.
